Ok so I admit, I eat microwave popcorn every night with a handful of chocolate chips. I love it and it is my nighttime snack.
After about one year of eating this snack every night, a thought crossed my mind that the popcorn may not be so good for me. What was the gooey stuff that was in the microwave popcorn package?
By asking around at some of the local health food stores, I learned that I could actually make scrumptious microwave popcorn on my own (with no mystery ingredients)!
All you need is: a strong paper bag, popcorn kernels, olive oil and an elastic!
You put the kernels in the bag, pour some olive oil over, spices if you prefer, tie the bag with an elastic and put it in the microwave for 95 seconds.
Simple as that and delicious!!!!!
