I am packing for a move and just found an old article called “Simply a Way of Life for a 21st Century Farmer’s Daughter”. I remember first reading the title in an Edible Toronto issue and feeling intrigued to read it (I think I have always dreamed of growing up or living on a farm). I must have saved back in 2011.
It is written by Lieschen Beretta, a 14 year old girl growing up on an 800 acre organic livestock farm in Ontario.
